Churches to Sponsor Fall Festival October 31

“Building Communities, Changing Lives” is the theme for four Roxton area churches that are joining forces to support a Faith, Family, and Fun combined Fall Harvest celebration in downtown Roxton on October 31. All ages are welcome for the activities that will take place from 2-4 pm on Front Street.

Rocky Ford Baptist Church, the First Baptist Church of Roxton, the Roxton United Methodist Church, and the Brookston Bible Community Church are teaming up on Halloween afternoon to sponsor a variety of activities sure to delight children and families in the area. Inflatable rides, popcorn, cotton candy, trunk or treat, hay rides, a scavenger hunt, raffles, and prizes will highlight the day. Community partners Sherry Jacobs, Roxton Grocery and Café, and the Roxton Friends of the Northeast Texas Trail will also take part in the event.

So, come out, bring the family, and join the fun. Food, fun, fellowship, and community will be the name of the day!
