Jo Marie Bush Celebrates 90th Birthday

On Sunday, June 20, Jo Marie Bush’s family and friends celebrated her milestone birthday, which is actually June 22, at the Roxton Community Center. In attendance were sons, granddaughters, grandsons and their spouses along with many greatgrandchildren, nieces, and probably some I am failing to mention. Long time friends and coworkers came by as well. In attendance were the Community Hope Chest ladies who spent many hours together, along with other ladies that have since passed on, raising money for various projects including the Roxton Veteran’s Memorial and providing band instruments for the Roxton School District. They donated the building when their circumstances changed where this birthday party was held. It was a lovely celebration of a welllived life. The ladies are Louise Lipstraw, Thelma Anderson, Ann Nichols, Jo Marie, and Lois Crofford. But I bet you knew that.
