This community is so saddened with the passing of James Reel! Carl passed

away Friday after fighting cancer for quite a while. James' smile could melt

your heart, and his dry sense of humor made your day. Visitation was held

Sunday, August 9, at Delta Funeral Home. Funeral Services were held Monday, August 10, at the Pecan Gap Baptist Church with Bro. Reuben

Trussell officiating. James was a good man and this community is grieving

and praying for his wife Sue and the rest of his family and friends.

Fannindel School starts on August 26, 2020. As we say every year, “Slow down

watch out for the kids.” As we struggle with all the other problems, we don't

need a child or an adult hit by a driver driving fast and reckless. Check

Mary Alice Stephens hosted Bridge at her home Thursday evening. Attending were Mary Ann Moss, Billie McCarrell, and Marjanne Dobbs.

They enjoyed homemade fresh peach cobbler! Mary shared her garden goodies and homemade jelly with them, also. All went home full and happy.
