Frozen Fruit Salad

1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, softened

½ cup sugar

1 (10-oz) jar

maraschino cherries, drained and chopped

1 (8-oz) can crushed

pineapple, drained

¾ cup chopped strawberries

½ cup chopped pecans

½ cup shredded

sweetened coconut

1 (8-oz) carton cool whip, thawed

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until fluffy.

Add the chopped cherries, pineapple, straw¬berries, pecans and coco¬nut to cream cheese mix¬ture. Stir to combine. Fold in whipped topping.

Line muffin cups with paper or foil liners. Spoon fruit salad mixture into cups. Freeze until firm.

Remove from the freezer 10 minutes before serving.
